Candidates who perform well in the assessments will be invited for an interview. This step includes a mock call to simulate real work scenarios and evaluate your practical skills and response to challenges.

Interview Schedule: Interviews are conducted between 10 PM and 1 AM PHT, providing a 4-hour window to accommodate different time zones. This ensures we select candidates who can adapt to our client's needs.

After completing the orientation, candidates are endorsed to the Virtual Teammate talent pool. This does not equate to being hired but signifies that your profile will be circulated among our clients. Being in the talent pool means:
